When it’s time to move in, we ensure the lights and appliances are working, the property is properly cleaned, and the keys, fobs, and openers are available for the new tenant.
Damage Deposit Collection and Placing In Trust
We ensure that damage deposits are collected and placed in trust in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, and return the deposit (if applicable) when the time comes.
Rent Invoicing and Collections
On a monthly basis, we collect rent monies and follow-up with delinquent tenants.
Each month, a financial report is generated and sent to the property owner.
