GO SMART Property Managers is a privately owned and operated full-service company of condominium, rental, and asset property management which has been serving Calgary and the surrounding communities since 1995.
GO SMART Property Managers’ team of condominium and property managers includes professionals who continually advance their industry knowledge. Our accounting department is manned by accountants and the administrative staff are specialized in business administration and management.
The GO SMART team devotes many hours to industry organizations, on local, provincial and national levels, to help enhance our industry through education, and ethical practice. We further take the initiative to lobby and communicate with the provincial government to help promote positive legislative changes. Many of our team members regularly give of their time to several of Calgary’s and surrounding area community organizations.
